1:2 Train with a friend

Training can be more fun with two!

You and a friend or partner will train together incorporating some of the same exercises while working on your own strength plan.

Pool Bootcamp (seasonal)

Small group bootcamp incorporates specialized pool strength equipment.

Amy’s private, heated, saltwater pool provides the perfect summer fitness spot. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, the pool offers a unique, versatile and low-impact environment for achieving your goals. Training in the water reduces impact on your joints, while the added resistance in the pool adds an extra challenge to every moment, helping to build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and enhance muscle tone. We will use specialized pool resistance equipment for a full-body workout that engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, promoting balanced muscle development and improved core stability.
